Role of Management:

1. Day to day running of the organisation and operational decision-making
2. Responsible for promoting and monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures of organisation
3. Manage and control human, financial and other resources
4. Foster communication among departments, services, individual staff members and volunteers
5. Work together to co-ordinate and integrate all the organisations activities and ensure effective governance
6. Are responsible for defining the organisations mission and creating the strategic plan needed to fulfil the mission
